Tonight we went to Hank's Oyster Bar in the Old Town section of Alexandria. It was a short Metro ride away from our place in Pentagon City. They started us off with a small bowl of goldfish and Ada and I were reminded of how much we like them. 

Next we hit up some oysters on the half shell. This was Ada's second time to have oysters, her first being at the Old Ebbitt Grill which were both crazy expensive and crazy awesome. Fortunately the oysters at Hank's were really, really good.

They were so good, we forgot to take a picture until after they were gone.

Ada and I also split an oyster po boy that was amazing. The slaw it came with was very fresh and crisp.

Hank's is definitely a do-over.
